Policies

Payments are to be made in full beforehand.

You must provide enough food for them for the duration of their stay and also provide bed/bedding.

You must inform me for any behavioural problems or traits your dog may have before they stay.

Should any veterinary advice or treatment be necessary during your absence, no matter how they incurred, you will be entirely responsibility for the bill.

Dogs must be up-to-date with their flea and worm treatment. I will ask to see certificates of vaccinations for all dogs. I will also ask that your dog is in general good health.

I will walk your dog on the lead unless I am confident that your dog will do a recall. If the dog is to be walked off the lead this will be done by prior arrangement with yourself and written permission has been received.

DANGEROUS DOGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Cancellation

Please note that I require at least 24 hrs notice on cancellations as this enables me time to rebook your slot. No refunds will be given to cancellations that give less than 24 hrs notice.
